Kimberley Jutze is Chief Change Architect for Shifting Patterns Consulting, which is a socially responsible business that facilitates social change by helping social entrepreneurs access funding and strengthen their people and organizational capabilities.  Kimberley has over 15 years experience as a resource and organization development professional.  She has worked for nonprofits in the United States and overseas, in such sectors as international humanitarian aid and development, public policy, and peace and conflict resolution.  Drawing upon her strengths, which include a strong work ethic, commitment to producing quality results, and cross-cultural communications, Kimberley has consulted with organizations in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America to help them achieve positive results.  She has a Master of Science in Organization Development and a Master of Arts in International Politics.
